Rif online has hundreds of video examples of different training and kickboxing routines, allowing you to achieve the results you want but from the comfort of your own home. For those that have fitness equipment at home or are visiting other gyms, your online coach will assess what you have and then build a routine based on what equipment you have access to.

We also offer a full diet advice program that includes meal ideas, snack ideas and how-to's on cooking healthier in the kitchen. After an over-the-phone consultation, you will be issued with an easy-to-access online profile that is tailored to you and updated with new routines and diet advice daily by one of our RIF ONLINE Coaches.
