Using explosive focus mitt drills and creative kick HIIT-based warm-ups you will learn that getting fit can be exciting and fun! My classes also include strength and conditioning exercises that consist of Bar Bell complex drills and resistance drills.
MONTON KICKBOXING class
My kickboxing classes are held weekly in the studio at 7 pm. Martial arts are a great way to stay fit, build confidence, and develop new life skills that last forever. I still have some spaces available on all classes.
