INTRODUCTION
I started training when I was 21 with no clue about where to start or what to do. I felt awkward and sometimes intimidated when I was in the gym, but I just kept turning up. Now 15 years later, after countless hours of gym time and watching and learning from those I've trained with along the way.
I am now a level 3 certified PT, RIFCOACH, and work full-time out of RIF studios. My diary still has some good spots available check out my availability below for details.

BOxercise CLASS
​
My Boxercise is hard-hitting and fast-paced. For 45 minutes you'll be using boxing-style exercises accompanied by different apparatus for a time, in a none stop routine.
